The most important point is cost in my opinion, you would have a more complex mold, that would add some cost, and you might have more models that might break when they are removed form the mold, models they cant sell, so the would waste time (=money) and material (=money).
And having a more complex scupt would take more time as well.

Personally i placed my fist order of FiB models during the last week and i'm quite interested how the will turn out. Got some more on my list... i'm sort of worried about the proportions, but if i need more Pumas and the model is good (as i would exspect after reading this) i would stick to them, the BF Puma looks wired somehow.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7534179220060880134.post-13748743029156272082012-12-27T09:15:39.337+01:002012-12-27T09:15:39.337+01:00Thanks :)
I read your review of Marders some time...Thanks :)

I read your review of Marders some time ago. Very nice one. It's really tempting to grab them. Putting the dimensions on the photo ...Nice review. Putting the dimensions on the photo like you did was ambitious! I'd love to see them in a battle report one day.

I have reviewed a couple of models from Forged in Battle, including the Marder IIIM which I very much liked the detail on, and the Sd Kfz 251/1, which are almost perfectly in scale for 15mm.

Aside from coming on a base, which I believe is unavoidable when casting a full model like this in resin, I am impressed with FiB's stuff.Nick Von Coverhttp://spottinground.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7534179220060880134.post-80902664099814333432012-11-26T19:33:26.298+01:002012-11-26T19:33:26.298+01:00Thanks I'm glad you liked them :)Thanks I'm glad you liked them :)Mirekhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17936253981654745286noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7534179220060880134.post-5537960922677319282012-11-26T19:33:07.060+01:002012-11-26T19:33:07.060+01:00You will have lots of good time painting them.
