The fact that he vastly improves the mobility and reserves situation of an army could be a HUGE advantage though, and certainly one to consider. All of the sudden bog-standard Grenadiers become a very mobile force.<br /><br />The warrior's name on the base is a nice touch. I'm not sure I'd want to make it so easy for my opponent to pick him out though for the same reason offices do not want to stand out in the field. I'd hate to invite my opponent to start sniping at him (like with an 88 that doesn't have anything better to shoot at). How did you manage the name? Did you print it out in some tiny font and glue the label on?
